今日は調子がよかったのでみっちり1時間ランニングした．
パネル研いってきた。朝がすごい早かった&社研パネルあるあるにひっかかってずっとデータさわってた。ので、食事をまったくとれてなかった。いやあ、とてもつかれました。マルエツでお弁当買ってたら、bahiに遭遇。渋ハウスで素麺パーリーに参加させてもらーう。
ちょっと床で横になってたら、翌0140時。あー腰がバキバキ。
